Seasoned Bean Sprout (콩나물/숙주 무침)

Everybody loves this Korean Banchan (side dish). You can make this banchan with only a few ingredient at home. You can also add them to Bibimbap!
콩나물/ 숙주 무침은 모두가 좋아하는 반찬중 하나 입니다. 아주 적은 재료로 집에서 쉽게 만들어 볼 수 있지요. 비빔밥을 만들 때 함께 넣어주어도 좋답니다.

 300 g Bean sprout (콩나물)
 1 tsp Salt (소금)
 1 tbsp Minced garlic (다진마늘)
 1 tbsp Chopped scallion (다진 파)
 1 tbsp Sesame oil (참기름)
 Sesame seeds (깨)

Par boil the bean spouts (About 3~4 minutes)
(콩나물/숙주나물을 3~4분 정도 데친다.)

Rinse the bean sprouts under the cold water and drain them.
(찬 물에 헹구고 물기를 뺀다.)

In a big bowl, mix the bean sprouts, 1tbsp of minced garlic, 1tsp of salt, 1tbsp of sesame oil, and 1tbsp of chopped scallion.
(큰 볼에 콩나물/숙주나물. 다진마늘 1큰술, 소금 1작은술, 참기름 1큰술, 그리고 다진 파 1큰술을 넣고 버무린다.)

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
(깨를 위에 뿌려준다,)
