Put the ribs in the cold water (About 1 hour)
갈비를 찬물에 넣고 1시간 정도 핏물을 빼준다.
Rinse the ribs and marinate them. (More than 1 hour)
물에 잘 씻어 소스에 재운다.(1시간 이상)
Marinate Sauce : 1/2 cups of soy sauce, 1/4 cups of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of mirin, 1/8 cup of minced garlic, 1/4 tbsp of minced ginger, 1/2 cup of chopped green onion, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 pinch of black pepper, 1 1/2 cups of filtered water
Put the beef in a pan. Then cook them until the sauce sticky. (Medium-low heat)
